About Our Gestational Carrier Program
We offer a comprehensive program which begins with the inception of the idea of increasing your family and ends with the birth of your child. We will provide psychologically screened gestational carriers for your selection, coordination with the medical clinic of your choice, a custom drafted surrogacy contract, and some insurance consultations. Further we will administer the surrogacy contract, handle the escrow account and all payouts and perform all necessary court work to have you legally determined to be the parents.
All of our Gestational Carriers reside in California, so we are able to utilize California as the forum state. This allows us to benefit from favorable laws concerning who may be declared the parents of the child and enforceability of Gestational Carrier contracts.

We will work with your physician or with our network of reputable and experienced medical professionals and counselors to ensure the best possible service. We have years of success in using the surrogacy process to create new families, and have often been called upon to serve as expert witnesses.
Accessibility
Our staff will always keep you up to date. Copies of documents will be sent to you regularly, and we will return your phone calls in a timely manner. We are available for emergencies during non-office hours. There will always be staff members on hand to answer your specific questions and concerns.
